The beach is right across the street, though watch out for the rocks. One friend slipped and got some pretty bad booboos. The pool is beautiful and clean, and the lobby has lots of couches for hanging out with friends. Our room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Every staff member I met was fantastic. This is a good choice if you want a quiet vacation away from the bustle. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Provincetown shops and restaurants, though Coast bike company rents bikes by the hour right at the hotel, about $25, and you can bike or scooter into town.

The rooms are tiny, but there’s a big lounger outside each one where you can relax. They also have a basic gym and a grill and picnic table area, and the beach is right across the street. Service has been amazing each time we’ve stayed, though they don’t turn down rooms daily unless you ask. It’s pet friendly, and we can’t wait to come back. We’ve stayed here a few times and every visit has been great.

Jen at the front desk was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast is one you’ll actually want to eat. Our room had been redone, was very clean, and had a nautical style, including a comfy couch by the ocean view outside every room. The beach is across the street, and it’s a quick bike ride into town or a walk to the east end. We loved staying here and will be back!
