Peter and David are so kind and sweet, and make the historic house feel homey. We've stayed twice, and it's become our go-to place in P-Town. The rooms and bathrooms are small, as you might expect in an older house, but that didn't detract from the stay at all. It's quiet and tucked off the beaten path, yet close to the action. A comfortable home with everything we needed.
Peter is a wonderful host. He greets you in the morning with fresh coffee, whatever state you're in after a night out around Ptown. The Chicago House is quiet, clean, and well kept, just a short walk from the Commercial Street spots. I'm already planning to come back next year. This is the B&B to book.
You're shown around, given the keys, and invited to settle in and make yourself at home. It's an easy place to relax, with a welcoming feel and comfortable, lovely surroundings. A beautifully appointed guesthouse and a charming way to start a stay in Provincetown. A must-stay while you're here! 🌻🌊💕
There's a pleasant outdoor sitting area, and you can borrow a bike for free on a first-come, first-served basis. The old building has several room options for different needs. It's conveniently close to Commercial Street, and the friendly host is always willing to help. Definitely recommend a visit.
A charming New England B&B, just steps from Commercial Street and Town Hall. From here it's a short walk to the Pilgrim Monument and Museum, Boatslip Resort, Atlantic or A- House, the ferry, bus, pedicab and taxi services, Provincetown Art Museum (PAM), fine art galleries, The Fine Arts Work Center, and bicycle rental and repair shops, with plenty more nearby.
