If you're after a very cheap place, this is one option, but I wouldn't want to sleep there. From what I saw inside the rooms, I hesitate even to step in. I also saw police officers in the parking lot often, apparently dealing with other tenants. The owners seemed more focused on money than customer service. They apparently won't hesitate to have police remove people from the motel if they can't pay the extra $10 per night for a friend to stay in the room.

I couldn't sleep well because I kept checking the window to see whether my work truck was still there and hadn't been broken into. There were drug addicts hanging around everywhere, and I'd never stay here again. At arrival, they put me in a dirty room; after I complained, I got a different one. The sink light was broken, the tub was clogged, and wiring was exposed near the bathtub around the bathroom vent fan.

For what it costs, the room and amenities are about what you'd expect from a clean motel. My five stars shouldn't be taken to mean it's a luxury hotel. I asked the managers how long they'd been there, and they said only a few months. It looks like they're trying to make improvements.

The manager would come into my room whenever they felt like it. Once, they let themselves in while I was in the shower. That was the worst part. The room was filthy, and housekeeping refused to clean or provide fresh towels or sheets. People banged on my door at all hours, with constant screaming and yelling, so don't expect much sleep. They put me in a room with a completely broken skylight and wouldn't even discount it.

The rooms are clean, and the shower water was warm this time, though not hot. The TV didn't work. They said someone would come fix it in five minutes, but I waited more than 20 minutes for help, and they sent their room cleaner.
