There were lots of food places nearby, including hidden gems just a short drive away. We had a good week here and would book again. The fitness room was small and basic, with mats, a bench, weights, two treadmills and two ellipticals. I only used a treadmill for incline walks, but liked that the room stayed open 24/7, so I could go very early on my own schedule. The pool was small, but heated, and towels were provided. Our room was clean and fairly spacious, with plenty of lighting and outlets. Everything worked, and there were enough towels and toilet paper. Having a microwave and mini fridge was convenient. We could hear the AC running, but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy, but fine. It ran from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. We usually ate around 7, when it wasn't busy, and the staff did a great job keeping things stocked.

Nothing fancy, but it did the job. The common area was nice, and the room was comfortable. The in-room AC and heat could keep the temperature where I like it for sleeping. The gym had decent space for a SpringHill. A lot of the hotel has been redone, though some areas still look worn or old. Breakfast was just okay, with eggs, potatoes and sausage patties, less variety than I've had at other SpringHills. The location was fine, with plenty of fast food nearby, though I didn't see many sit-down places. It's close to downtown and the University.

Parking was a little tight, but otherwise this was a really solid stay. SpringHill Suites by Marriott was clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff made everything easy and well looked after. It felt dependable, and I'd happily stay here again.

Race made a real difference, with professional, friendly service and a good grasp of what he was doing. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable in a modern style. We appreciated the toilet being separate from the shower, along with the comfortable desk and sofa.

A decent place for the price. It was clean, felt modern, and the service was pleasant enough. One thing I'd rethink is the TV. It's small and sits between two sides of the room, so people on one side can't watch while someone uses the other area.
