The condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and the complex feels comfortable, clean, and well looked after. It's right on the beach. The canal along the Intracoastal can get noisy, but otherwise the area is very quiet. Unit 236 could use a few more bowls and baking pans in the kitchen.

The sunsets are amazing and the views are stunning. It's close to shops and restaurants, too. A wonderful place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

We booked through Vacasa in August and got a clean, nice unit overlooking the water toward Pine Island and Sanibel Island. The sunsets are incredible, and there's a large heated pool on the premises and a sandy beach. The on-site building manager took care of a few minor issues. We plan to come back.

It's tucked away a bit, with plenty to do nearby. The view is beautiful, and I thought the place was amazing. I'm really going to hate leaving.

Peace and quiet are a big part of this place. It's very clean, and music that bothers the neighbors or any kind of disturbance isn't allowed. The apartment owners I dealt with were sociable and really nice. I was fishing late one night when I encountered a security agent. He was wonderful and very respectful. If you like a peaceful place, this is perfect and I'd recommend it 100%. If you're a troublemaker who doesn't respect people or know how to behave, don't come here, go to Hialeah.
