Kalani Hawaii Private Lodging

Sunset Beach is right across the street, and Kalani Private Lodging has a quiet, welcoming feel that made it easy to settle in. The grounds are lush and beautifully kept, and our room was cozy and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor areas were peaceful too. Bernie and Maria made the stay especially memorable. Bernie shared local tips, offered a ride when one was needed, and made a real effort to help everyone feel at home. We could also borrow snorkels, surfboards, and other gear, which made it easier to enjoy the local lifestyle. I left already hoping to return.

Bernie and Maria, along with Mike and April from the property, were so kind and welcoming that I felt like family. The rooms, shared spaces, and outdoor areas were all lovely, and the beach was easy to reach. The area itself is beautiful without feeling too crowded. This is honestly one of the nicest places I've stayed. I wish I could have stayed another month, and hope to visit again soon. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting O’ahu.

Maria and Bernie are the nicest, and the hospitality is hard to beat. The North Shore location makes getting to the beach and surfing easy, with surf spots close by. For me, it's the best place to stay around here.

We arrived around 8pm after our original place on another part of the island changed at the last minute. The hosts came out to the main road to guide us in, and even managed to get us a room, which really saved our vacation. The studio building was gorgeous, with air conditioning, all the amenities we needed, and a lovely side yard where we could relax between beach trips. They made us feel completely at home.
