The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel is in a great location. Still, services were limited at the end of the season: no pool, breakfast, or bar. The pool being closed didn't stop people from screaming in the hall at 2 am, and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. The place feels tired and needs some tlc. The towels need replacing, the shower curtain was too short, and the doors need adjusting because so much light comes in. A coffee maker would be nice too. I expected more, even knowing competition is limited, and the price should reflect the time of year.

The location is great for the price, with a short walk to the pool bar and less than a 10-minute walk to most things on the island. The luxury suite fit me and my four friends just fine, and the 24-hour desk came in handy when we had a mix-up about how many days we needed. They fixed it really fast. Katlyn and Steve should get a bonus for how well they treat customers. The resort and conference center is a great spot if you’re coming to Put-in-Bay.

The staff were fantastic and very responsive, and the facilities are centrally located, close to everything. The rooms are clean enough to pass out in after so much fun you can’t even see straight. The location is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back!

At more than $264 a night, the stay was absolutely not worth the price. The website said there would be breakfast and a pool, but neither was available. We also paid extra for a “view,” yet all we saw from the window were nearby rooftops. There were two mosquitoes right on the pillow when we arrived. In a hotel at this price, that’s completely unacceptable. The hallways had spider webs and more mosquitoes, and the employees weren’t friendly or helpful. The place was poorly maintained and far below expectations. I’d never stay again or recommend it.

What impressed us most was how accommodating everyone was. They kept things running smoothly and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our trip. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer questions, give local tips, or help with small requests. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean and well kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our visit to Put-In-Bay Resort exceeded expectations. It has a great balance of fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Put-In-Bay!
