Apart from breakfast, we had a clean, quiet stay that we really appreciated. On two mornings in a row, the bacon and sausage were raw, even though I prefer my meat medium. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they took the food off the breakfast bar.

The bed and sheets were amazing, and I’ve traveled a lot. Victoria and Stacey were both outstanding with customer service. Keep up the great work, ladies. This was the best experience I’ve had in all my years of travel.

The breakfast was good, and the man working the breakfast service was amazing. Whatever you asked for, he took care of it. Our room had everything we needed, too. We didn’t get time to use the pool, so I can’t comment on it. The hotel is very close to where our kids live, so we’ll probably stay here again. Really good experience.

The bathroom sink and shower were clogged, and there was no fan, so I’m sure there was mold somewhere. The room doors slam unless you catch them, disturbing people coming and going. I never saw anyone at the front desk. The lobby’s flavored water gave me gastrointestinal issues, and it probably hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The elevator made a terrible clunking sound that made me afraid to get in and become stuck. This hotel was horrible.
