Breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty for everyone, and the front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly nice. The shuttle driver, whose name I think was Joseph, was especially kind. The room had a roomy king bed, one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the AC and fridge both worked great. Internet was fast enough for gaming. It isn't a five-star place, but for this price the value feels like it. Great job, HIE team!

Alyssa, I think that was her name, checked us in late and was so polite and helpful. The phone kept ringing and a big group arrived at the same time, but she got us sorted quickly even though I was exhausted after a long day. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the rooms. Breakfast was free, with lots of good options, and the staff were capable and kind.

The shuttle was a lifesaver during my stay for a Dart tournament, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel might be dated, but it was really clean and everyone on staff was friendly and wonderful. Everything was stellar. I'll definitely stay here again!

We used IHG points for an overnight stay, and it was a great value. Harper's Ferry and the Casino at Charles Town are both so close, and the location was accessible. The building is older but in good shape, with comfortable, clean rooms, quiet common areas, efficient climate control, and plenty of space for the complimentary breakfast. The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping teams were all exceptional.

There was tons of parking, and the shuttle went anywhere within two miles. The setup is really good, with a summer outdoor pool and a fitness center. Everything looked brand new, crisp, and clean, and the rooms are roomy.
