The room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed and pillows were great. The woman working in the breakfast area was lovely. Housekeeping hadn't left any towels, and both the shower gel dispenser and facial tissue holder were empty. I called the front desk for towels and had to get the tissues myself. The young man who brought the towels was very nice, but the other staff didn't really acknowledge guests.

The location made it easy to get to several nearby spots, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. My room already had streaming apps on the TV, which was a nice touch. The pool was lovely, the staff were excellent, and the room was really comfortable. I'd happily stay here again.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to downtown as well as Target and a shopping center. At first glance, the room looked clean, but we found two live bugs: one that looked like a fly and a large ant with wings. Our room also wasn't serviced during the three nights we were there. We asked on the second night, then returned from an outing the next day to find it still hadn't been cleaned.

The Hampton Inn in Rapid City was set back from the busy streets, so we didn't hear any road noise. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated, and ours was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and actually tasted good. I especially liked the waffles and cereal. I'd absolutely stay again if I'm in the area.

The pool is great, and breakfast was good too. This is easily the best hotel in Rapid City for me: it's well built, the rooms are quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the service went above and beyond. Thanks to Emmalee and team.
