We were here over Thanksgiving to visit family, and my grandkids loved the room and the view outside. The beds were comfortable enough that the kids fell asleep right away. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, with plenty of hot water. I asked for extra towels and got them. Breakfast was free and delicious, with coffee, blueberry muffins, and oatmeal. The grandkids were very happy. Nadine, Linda, and Rizieri took excellent care of us throughout. Thank you so much, ladies!

The customer service was the best part of our stay. Lynda always said hello, asked how my day had gone, and took care of my requests right away. She was the best, and I highly recommend the hotel. It was quiet and clean. The beds were decent, though I’m pretty picky, and the rooms have a fridge, a two burner stove, and a microwave.

Most concerning was the manager, whose creepy, inappropriate comments made me extremely uncomfortable. People here seem unhappy but afraid to speak up because they feel they have no other options. As a paying customer, I feel I can write this without fear of retaliation. During the recent snowstorm, there was no snow removal. The lot and walkways were covered in ice, and guests had to shovel each other out to stay safe. Inside, the hallways smelled like urine, the counter in my room was coming apart, and I saw roaches. Management offered me another room, but at these prices guests shouldn’t have to put up with broken furniture, pests, and filth. There was dog poop everywhere outside, and people smoked inside despite the rules. The walls are thin, so I had to deal with loud music from the floor below at all hours. Breakfast was a major disappointment too. This place feels unsafe and unprofessional. Avoid it.

It’s a quiet, unassuming hotel, and the team running it was helpful and peaceful. We were glad to get some rest and use the kitchenette, especially the great refrigerator. Having laundry facilities made the stay practical. Thank you!

We chose this place because it allows pets and was close to work after our apartment lost power. The smell alone means never again. I couldn’t fall asleep because of it. The bathroom counter had a full makeup handprint on it, there was hair all over the shower, and our socks turned brown underneath from walking on the floor. The hallways smelled of cigarettes and pet urine. The TV had no volume, even though we paid $150 for one night. The bed’s headboard was stained, and the kitchen cabinets fell off when we tried to open them once. This felt like a safety hazard. I understand the government lets homeless people stay here cheaply, but there was no effort to keep the place clean for guests who weren’t looking to make it a permanent home.
