The room was a decent size and the location was good, but this wasn’t worth the price. We’ll stay somewhere else next time. After the first couple of good days in our week plus stay, the hotel began having hot water problems. A technician came and said the temperature was normal, which it definitely wasn’t. He suggested running the sink and shower together, but even after more than 30 minutes, the water only got warm, never hot. Housekeeping was poor too. Several times we were told we’d get full service, but all they did was make the bed.

We booked at least ten rooms for our family reunion weekend, and there were several problems during the day. One room had blood on its mattress, and the hotel had no hot water. Someone also threw up in the pool area, and it took a long time for staff to clean it, keeping the kids from using the pool, one of the best parts of a hotel vacation with children. We definitely won’t return. The only reason other relatives didn’t leave reviews was that their whole stay was compensated.

We were at the hotel for a team event and didn’t choose the accommodation ourselves. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were nice, but I had ants in my room, which made the night uncomfortable. It was disappointing since the rest seemed well kept. If the cleanliness issue had been dealt with, the stay could have been much more pleasant.

Breakfast had a big range of choices, including dairy free milk for cereal. The room was spacious and modern, everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. My mom and I stayed one night and were both very pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, and safety. There are several security cameras in the parking lot, and a guard was posted by the entrance overnight. The area seemed very safe already, but the extra security felt reassuring. The young woman who checked us in was incredibly sweet and suggested some things to do nearby. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll come back.
