The best part was the customer service. Vim, you're wonderful! I was traveling across the country with my family, three little kids, and two dogs, and the stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, we slept well, and the location worked conveniently for our route. We were beyond happy and will definitely keep choosing this chain because of you guys.

The room was spacious, comfortable, updated, and very clean. Check-in was easy thanks to a pleasant, helpful receptionist. Breakfast was basic but filling, and the coffee was hot. The manager stopped by during breakfast to ask if we needed anything. It felt convenient and safe, and I'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I, along with his service dog, returned to The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in South Red Bluff to be there for our grandson's birth. Once again, our stay at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Bluff South, in California, was such a blessing. The breakfast was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful: the front desk, Manager Vim, the day and evening Assistant Managers, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and all the rest. The good service, kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness meant a lot. Delia, Anne, Karen, and really all the employees helped make our stay special. My husband and I praise the Lord Jesus for their help, and pray and ask Yeshua to bless and keep them and their families safe. I can't recommend this hotel and staff more highly. I loved my stay here. The room was large and clean, and staff were kind and helpful from check-in through checkout. Breakfast was warm and well stocked. I didn't get to use the pool, but I liked that they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. I used the clean gym treadmill in the morning, with towels and sanitizing wipes available. A great experience from beginning to end.
