I love the location. Restaurants and shops are close enough to walk to, even if it takes a little effort. The people here are really nice and helpful, and I’ve met a lot of great folks in a similar situation to mine, being homeless. Best of all, I can keep my cat with me. It’s pet friendly.

I’ve stayed here on and off for the past few years, and I’m here again now. It’s quiet, I haven’t had any problems, and the beds are clean and actually comfortable. The front desk is friendly and works hard to keep guests satisfied. Anna and Amanda are wonderful, and treat everyone like family. Pets are welcome, too. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Thanksgiving was especially thoughtful: they served a catered dinner for guests who couldn’t make it home for the holiday. The morning messages are nice, and the staff are welcoming whenever you run into them. It really feels like a home away from home, and the location is great, just minutes from Old Town Winchester with lots of places to eat nearby. I’ve been here over the past month, and you can see the management team working to clean the property up after the previous management. I’d definitely stay again. Amanda and her team are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up!

The pool is heated, and the property is clean. This is an older hotel, but the new manager, Amanda, is doing a great job making improvements. The staff are super friendly and quick to help with anything you need.

The $50 deposit I had to put down on top of the room charge was supposed to go back into my account within two or three business days, but it never did. I checked with management to make sure it would be returned because I’d had to borrow the money and don’t have any to spare. I don’t blame management or the staff, though. It’s just the bank.
