Best Western Plus Twin View Inn & Suites

The reason we'd return is the staff, who made all three nights feel like home. D, the manager, welcomed us like family and has such a bubbly personality. One evening, after the breakfast bar had closed, she brought me apple juice and we talked for a long time. Julie greeted us when we first arrived and helped carry some of our gear to our second-floor room. On our first night, Joyce was the night attendant. I asked about fruit in case my blood sugar got low, and she found two bananas, which I used that night. She checked more than once to see if I needed anything else. On our third stay, Emily was working when we returned from a day with family in Redding. She didn't have hot chocolate packets, but took me to the machine, opened it, and got me some with a smile. She also asked if I needed anything more. All four women went out of their way to help, and each was a wonderful representative of Best Western. D told us as we left for the long drive home to Eugene, Oregon, that they considered us family. We stayed two nights in a row, February 8 and 9, 2026, traveled south to see family in Paradise, California, where we spent a night, then returned to Best Western Twin View for one night on February 11. Emily handled several phone calls about changes to our reservations and was always pleasant, quick to answer questions, and on top of getting everything updated. Dee and Julie checked us in and were wonderful, super friendly, and fun to chat with. Thanks, ladies, for a great stay. We'll be back.

The internet worked fine and parking was easy. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a BW. Staff were helpful and very nice, and both the property and recently remodeled room were very clean. I'd happily stay here again when I'm in the area.

We arrived just before 10 PM and no one was at the front desk. After waiting a few minutes, I called a couple of times before someone finally came to help with our online king-bed reservation. That room type was sold out, so we had to take one with two queen beds. Traffic from the freeway was so loud in our room, even with the window closed, that we barely slept.
