2 Bungalows in Redington Shores! Steps to Beach

We’ve stayed here several times, and I always feel like part of the family. The vibe is so relaxing, and they have pretty much everything you could need. We stayed in one of the biggest units, with an absolutely breathtaking view over the bay. Our son has made so many great memories here.

The beach is an easy short walk, and they’ll provide chairs and umbrellas if you want them. We also like the coffee shop a couple of doors down, plus the other shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short, easy drive. The kitchen had a full fridge, cooking supplies, and everything we needed, so it’s a great budget-friendly vacation spot. This was our second stay and we love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

We really liked our room on the left, with its balcony and small kitchenette. Having a separate sitting room was handy when someone got up early or stayed up late. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas to take across the street to the beach. You can use the laundry facilities in the evenings if you bring your own detergent. The common area is cute, and the heated pool is a nice place to relax. We’ll definitely come back!

We had a great time in the top-floor room, which faced the street but still had an ocean view. The front desk woman was really helpful: after I booked through Expedia, I called to check the reservation and she said we could come in, then showed me around the room and property when we arrived. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow at no extra cost, and public beach access is across the road, under a three-minute walk away. The place has an old-school seaside feel. I usually prefer modern places, but this felt cozy and communal. The rooms are a little dated, which fits the character, and the shared poolside spots overlooking the inlet are nice for groups. I’d stay at Sand Vista again.
