Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

The clean pool, workout room, dining area, and hallways made a great impression, and the room cleaners were kind and efficient. I’ve had a truly amazing experience with all these wonderful people, ten out of ten. My experience with Kevin changed a lot during the two weeks after I’d barely seen him in the first week. He’s amazing, always joyful and kind, and willing to help with anything. He really goes above and beyond. I’m deeply grateful to the front desk team at the Redmond, WA Hampton Inn. I’d booked a week using my diamond member points, then found out I had no room for one night because they were fully booked. Jonathan and Terry kindly booked me for that night under a paid reservation to keep the space available, knowing something had gone wrong. I didn’t have the money, and then had a lot of trouble cancelling that booking and trying to use my points. After well over an hour and a half of helping me work through it, Terry got me back in my room using points. I’ve never met such dedicated people who care so much about customers. They’re a real asset to the hotel and company. Keele was also wonderful. She knew I was going through stuff and understood why I was at the hotel. She took time to text me in the morning, check in, and make sure I was okay. I love it here and can’t say enough about the team. Thank you all so much for what you do!

We had just one small issue with dirty sheets, and the staff took care of it promptly. The beds were comfortable, and the manager, or assistant manager, the one with glasses, was very attentive and made customers feel welcome and looked after. Breakfast included waffles, potatoes, a pre-made egg omelet type of thing, and ham. They also had freshly made chocolate chip cookies in the evening, plus a great pool and a really hot tub for relaxing. Target is very close by.

The management and staff at Hampton Inn Redmond were extremely kind. During my stay, they made a courtesy exception so I could use the business center, and their flexibility and professional attitude made a real difference to my trip. If you want to be treated like a valued guest, stay here.

The front desk manager Terry went out of his way to sort out a difficult booking problem we’d had through a third party and make sure we got the room we needed. Service here is fantastic. Our room was warm and spacious, with plenty of room for two large suitcases, and parking was free, which we appreciated. The lobby has water, coffee, and freshly baked cookies. I’d highly recommend staying here and booking directly through the hotel to avoid booking issues.
