The room, location, and service were fine, but the price was wild compared with other places. Parking costs extra, and breakfast isn’t included. After finding a much better deal, I tried to cancel, only to learn they require two weeks’ notice. I’d never heard of that and ended up stuck with the booking. There wasn’t anything luxurious about the place. The bathroom door slides but won’t stay shut, so there’s no privacy. The shower is loud when the water hits the metal floor, and the towels are small and rough.

Our lunch arrived early and hot, and there was enough variety for everyone. The salmon and chicken were cooked just right, the burger was juicy, and the salads were crisp. Staff kept everything tidy, checked on the coffee and tea water, cleared used dishes, and even taped down a cable by the door so nobody would trip. We had no complaints about the room or the service, and they went above and beyond. There was plenty of parking in the lot too. We had our team building day in Anderson Ballroom 3. The wall of windows brought in natural light, and we could step onto the patio during breaks for fresh air. They set up A/V equipment and a drop-down screen so our remote teammate could join. We added breakfast snacks, coffee, tea, and lunch. The muffins and fruit were fresh, and the coffee and tea water stayed hot all day. We’ll absolutely use this hotel for future events.

Matt was a huge help throughout the planning process for our birthday party. He took care of the details, replied promptly, and made everything feel stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for making the event special really stood out. The banquet room was spacious and beautiful, and it was just right for our celebration. The rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Seattle for a birthday, anniversary, or other special event. We’ll be back!

The Christmas decorations, tree, centerpieces, and food all looked wonderful. People are still talking about how good the venue and party were. We had our dad’s 85th birthday in Anderson Ballroom on December 20, 2025, and it meant a lot because it was the first time our whole family had been together in over ten years. We couldn’t use the patio because the weather was wet and windy, but the location was perfect otherwise. Matt was warm and easy to work with. He gave us clear menus and options and answered questions quickly. When we met him, his personality and smile helped make us sure this was the right spot, along with the view and ballroom. Keisha handled our family’s room block so well. During the weekend, Shawn greeted us with a smile and “ALOHA,” and kept asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff were great too, friendly and attentive throughout the event. The chai tea latte was a hit and a lovely touch in the cold weather. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the Anderson Ballroom lobby worked perfectly for family portraits. Lots of restaurants and bars were within walking distance, and some family members took the light rail to Bellevue Square for last-minute shopping. Friends asked how to book the space for a wedding or other event, and I gladly gave them Matt’s contact. Thank you, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly, and everyone at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond.
