I've stayed here twice, first during the week in December 2025, then again in February 2026. On the first visit I planned to stay one night, but ended up staying a week. The room was lovely, breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. On my second stay the staff were accommodating again and the room was clean, though its furniture showed some wear. I could see that some rooms were being updated. Overall, I had a nice and productive stay, and I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The atmosphere at the Radisson in Tulsa was welcoming, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had a very good stay and would definitely return when I'm in Tulsa.

The bathroom was in rough shape, with damaged walls that looked like they had boogers and poop rubbed on them, and a bathtub that seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The room smelled bad, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the bedding was stained. No one was ever at the front desk, so I couldn't get a receipt at checkout. I booked through Expedia at a quoted price of $265.56, but when I checked in the hotel manager, owner, or whoever charged us $358.83 instead. I showed him the rate on my Expedia reservation, but he argued that it was wrong and said he'd call Expedia. Later I was told I'd get a refund, but I still haven't received it. I would've left for another hotel if they hadn't all been full. I will never stay at a Country Inn and Suites again.

My company accidentally sent me here, even though they'd booked me at a better hotel. The clerk, an Arab or Indian guy, was incredibly rude and cussed at me, saying I was “wasting his time.” When I waited for my Uber, he told me I had to stand outside in the cold. He should be terminated immediately and has no place in customer service. 02/26/26 at 3 AM.

This feels like a motel, not a hotel. The building is outdated and below even a low-level hotel's standard. I had several bags, but there were stairs at each end of the single hallway and no other way up. If I were handicapped, would I have to crawl up the stairs? All the carpets were stained and dirty. My room had no towels, and one bed looked slept in and hastily remade while the other was made smoothly and tightly. The window coverings were broken, so I couldn't open the window for light. The fridge had food crumbs and drink rings, and the microwave had someone's exploded food still inside. The old tub had lost its paint on the porcelain, so I wore sandals because it looked permanently dirty, like camping. The heater and air unit's digital display didn't work. I woke up freezing the first morning, then returned later to a ridiculously hot room, so I gave up and left the fan on for the next few days. The free breakfast was unlike anything I've seen: bread, tiny muffins, dry cereal, a metal pitcher of unknown milk, scrambled “eggs,” juice, and coffee. If you were lucky, there might be a ripe banana. That literally made my day. Staff were almost never at the desk, and it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone when I needed my receipt emailed. I think it may be family run, and they may live there. I kept seeing the same gentleman, and he was nice to me at any time of day. His kindness was the only positive I took away. His name might have been Henry, Harry, or Hank, I can't remember. I think the motel next door is also an hourly motel.
