The room was spotless, had no odor, and came with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also liked the modern kitchen and full-size fridge, with Whole Foods just a 3-minute drive away. The property felt very safe for my son and family, and there was no suspicious activity around it. They seem to have recently put new flooring through the hallways on all three floors. The fitness room, laundry room, and seating area by the front desk were nice too. The staff were great, especially GM Katrina, who works incredibly hard and deserves a break. I highly recommend booking here.
I’m a long-term resident and have had no issues at WoodSpring. My room is nice and decent, the bed is always made well, and the roomy restroom gives me space to shower and keep my things. The kitchen is clean, and the layout feels comfortable. I sleep well here and would recommend staying. Katrina and her staff are friendly, professional, and ready to help. The downstairs area is kept clean and presentable, and they keep an eye on deliveries. None of my Amazon orders or other packages have gone missing, been opened, or damaged. I’d give it five out of five.
Rob deserves a special shoutout for being so helpful and clearly caring about making the stay a good one. I stayed here during a very busy season to cut down my work commute, and the management was awesome. I highly recommend this location.
We’ve tried quite a few hotels because my husband often works out of town, including several WoodSpring Suites. Redmond has been the best one by far. Katrina, the manager, keeps everything very clean and handles any issue quickly and warmly. She makes it feel like a home away from home. Thank you, Katrina! The Ochoa Family
The location worked well, and the rooms were clean and fine, but I’d choose another place on principle because of how the security charge was handled. I stayed for a business night late last week, though I never slept there. I only used the room to change before an overnight work shift nearby and spent under five hours tied to the reservation. Even so, they took part of my $50 refundable deposit for “linen exchange fees.” Tax was included too, which I don't think should apply to a refundable deposit. Other guests were extremely loud until around 2 AM, and the thin walls made it worse. The fee policy feels sketchy, and the hotel itself was mediocre.
