Quality Inn

We waited four hours to see if anyone would come change our room, but nobody ever did. We left for another hotel without getting to speak to anyone in person. We'd booked one night because the photos looked decent, but the place was a disaster when we arrived. It looked abandoned and the lobby was a mess, with no one there to greet us. We called and were told to wait an hour because the person had "gone shopping." They never showed up. Instead, we got phone directions to the room. Inside, the stale, nauseating smell was almost overwhelming. The beds were made, but the sheets had an unbearable rotten, old, damp odor.

This no-frills hotel had what I needed: a hot shower, a relaxing evening with a little TV, and a good night's sleep. The Roku was great. They had breakfast too, and I picked fruit and yogurt. I'd definitely stay here again.

For the very cheap price, I was looking for somewhere I could sleep and shower, and that's what I got. It wasn't clean or appealing, and the outside of the building looked rough. We had to call the number posted at the front desk to get someone to come help us, though she was kind and helpful. The room was quite dirty and didn't seem to have been vacuumed. There was dust and other people's hair on the nightstand, plus hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The shower walls had actual dirt on them. It's not a nice hotel, but cheap was what I wanted when I booked.

The breakfast was just bread, with no butter or jelly, and there was no milk or cereal. They also never shoveled the snow, so we had to walk through four inches of it to get inside. My mom is 81 and barely made it into the place. There was black mold in the hallways too. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
