We weren't sure what to expect since this was our first B&B, but we felt welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The smell of cookies, Chris's warm greeting, and the other guests' smiles made it feel like staying with family. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We also loved the garden out back and all the plants and decorations on the front porch. We'll definitely book at the Rehoboth Beach Guest House again.

We loved how welcoming the Rehoboth Guest House felt, especially seeing other queer couples and being able to enjoy a safe, friendly stay. Garrett, Kristy (?) and everyone we met were kind and accommodating. Our parking was about a block away. Staff helped carry our bags upstairs, and Garrett showed us around the house. Room #21 was just big enough for two. I hadn't checked carefully before booking through a third-party site, so I only realized afterward that the bathroom wasn't private. There were two full baths and one half bath shared among several rooms. We only once found none available, and it wasn't a major problem. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, with lots of unusual and delicious choices. Starting at 8:30 suited us since we're not early risers. We ate in the common room, on the porch, and in the backyard, all peaceful places to sit. We also made good use of the coffee and refreshment bar, especially the tea selection and ice machine. My partner liked the outdoor showers. I sweat easily, though, and in July's heat felt sweaty during and after the one I tried, so that's a matter of preference. The house's shared spaces were always clean and tidy, and the cake candles made it smell wonderful. I wish room 21 had a newer mattress. We both found it among the most uncomfortable we've slept on, though maybe sharing one full-size bed didn't help. Other guests said their beds were comfortable, so it may not be a problem throughout the house. I also expected the shared bathrooms to be maintained a bit more often. I wasn't sure the upstairs shower had been thoroughly cleaned recently, and its bin was frequently overflowing. At one point I emptied it into the large hallway trash because it had been that way for over two days. We heard the owner mention problems finding reliable staff that summer, and understand. I could have asked for anything to be cleaned or replenished and staff would have done it, but we didn't feel those things were inconvenient enough to trouble them when they were already working hard. We'd recommend the Rehoboth Guest House, especially if you're looking for a queer-friendly place. We both hope to return and get a room with a bigger bed and a private bathroom next time.

Our first-floor room was quiet, comfortable, and spotless, and we adored our stay at The Rehoboth Guest House. The shower was great, though the toilet nook was a little cramped. We had coffee in the lovely 'greenhouse' room and ate breakfast on the front porch each morning. Meeting Garrett, Zorro (the pup), Christine, and the rest of the lovely team was a pleasure. We felt cared for and very well fed, almost like we were at home on vacation. We can't wait to come back.

This was my first time in the area, and I couldn't be happier with the visit. Everyone was so nice, and the house is beautifully decorated, with cute, clean rooms. After walking around the local shops, the backyard was a great place to unwind. Breakfast had so many excellent choices. Can't wait to return!

Breakfast on the sun porch was a lovely start to the day, with fresh choices and good coffee. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and quiet, even though the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops are only a short walk away. The house has a charming historic feel, but still offers modern comforts. From arrival on, the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
