The noise was too much for me to stay beyond one night. I could hear people upstairs, on either side of my room, and in the hallway because the building isn’t well insulated. The staff were kind and offered to move me, and if I came back I’d request a top-floor room to see whether that helped. The location is good, the rooms were clean and reasonably up to date, and the price seemed fair.

The beds were comfortable, but the rest of the stay went badly enough that we checked out early and paid extra to move to the new best western. The tub had mold in the grout and around it, hairs of different colors and lengths, and a drain packed with hair. Breakfast, the main reason we chose this place, was late. My husband is working hear this week and needed to eat at 6:30 so he could get to work. The pool shared between the properties was closed for a private party that day. We also arrived to a packed parking lot and waited in a check-in line for about half an hour, with just one person at the desk.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We waited 45 minutes to check in, and the room felt dirty despite the maid carts being around. I had to wipe down the bathroom myself. There looked to be pee on the floor, and there was mold on the shower wall. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless I lifted the tank lid and pulled the chain. Our room keypad kept failing. We told staff several times and were told the battery was going out, but it was never replaced, so we had to swipe the key card 10 or 12 times before the door opened. An elderly couple across from us said they had the same issue. We were traveling with little kids, which made the whole experience especially frustrating.

The shuttle to the airport was useful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, although the small lobby serving both buildings got difficult to manage with so many people. The elevator felt a bit sketchy. At the start, we were told there was no hot water, housekeeping had to be requested each time, and the TV’s coaxial cable was broken, so we nearly missed a big game.
