We had to pay for all 22 days up front, so we didn't have many options. We were local and displaced while our apartment was being remodeled. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The health department should condemn it. First, we couldn't reach anyone by phone after booking through booking.com. My husband had a broken foot, so I requested a first-floor room, but they put us on the second floor and said we could move the next day. The room he walked into hadn't been cleaned. There was vomit on the sheets, and the place smelled of puke, cigarettes, and stale whiskey. They cleaned it, then the AC stopped working. It was around 98 degrees outside and 10 to 15 degrees cooler in our room than outside? No, the room was 10 to 15 degrees hotter than outside. People partied outside all night, and I had to work the next day. While I was getting ready, the room started flooding. There was still no AC and the smell was unbearable. On day three they moved us to a better room, but we had no hot water for five days and never got maid service. Thank goodness we brought our own supplies, towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets.

My family and I drove three hours expecting a decent hotel at a good price, but the place was a mess. Customer service was unpleasant, and the first room was dreadful: filthy carpets, walls splattered with grime, and a broken air conditioner. Someone had smoked in the non-smoking room, leaving a strong smell. After I insisted on changing rooms, we were taken to another dirty one that smelled like pee. I wish there were a zero-star option. If you've already booked, ask for a full refund. If you haven't, you've saved yourself a major headache. Stay away.

There are a lot of tweeters living here and nearby. My room's AC was broken, the bathroom faucet kept leaking, and the front desk staff showed no respect. If you need to leave during your stay, they won't refund your money. The housekeepers don't clean the rooms properly, and all the services are awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. They're thieves.

We need somewhere to stay, but it's clear we're not wanted here. I've found roaches when lifting the toilet seat and even when turning the sink knob. There wasn't a trash can or towels in the room. I asked for towels every day for a week; they wouldn't hand any over, and nobody ever came down with them as promised. The bathroom door won't close. In my old room, the shower rod fell on me twice while I was showering because it was held up with electrical tape. The carpets haven't been vacuumed in any room I've been in. I'm hoping the marks on my sheets are just stains and that they were put on upside down by accident, instead of someone trying to hide residue on a dirty sheet. An AC unit caught fire in another room. Even though it was extremely hot outside and inside our room, they made us wait hours before letting us move.
