The catering was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and our attendees liked the comfortable rooms and lovely setting. The event space was spacious and elegant, with the AV equipment we needed and no excessive charges like we’ve encountered at other hotels lately. Planning with the AC & Residence Inn Reston team was a pleasure. Our conference services manager, Ellie Maust, was incredible, and Sayish Afework in Sales was wonderful to work with. Philip, Hector, the front desk crew, and banquet staff all took care of the details and kept everything running smoothly. They were professional, attentive, and friendly throughout. The team handled every request with care, which made the event stress-free for us. Thank you to everyone at AC Hotel & Residence Inn Reston for helping make our company gathering such a success. We’d happily return for another event and recommend the venue for corporate occasions or celebrations.

I was so happy with the birthday surprise in my room, a handwritten card and treats that really made my day. The staff were all incredibly nice, too. My room was spotless and roomy, and everyone went out of their way to make the stay special. I had a wonderful weekend here, and this is where I’ll stay in Reston from now on.

The hotel has a warm, modern feel, with comfortable-looking lounge areas and a snack canteen across from reception. There are good places to eat nearby, or you can dine at the hotel and head up to the rooftop for a drink and a view. Staff were friendly, and I’d stay again. I was here for work and liked being near the Metro in the main Reston district. The room was a decent size, uncarpeted, and otherwise very clean, though I did find a long hair in the shower. Parking was awkward: although the front desk said at check-in that validation was sorted, I had trouble getting out on my first day. Someone answered through the gate speaker and validated me with the hotel, so it got resolved. All in all, a very nice stay.

The view was lovely, and I really liked the elevator that goes straight up from the parking garage. The hotel took care of my garage ticket. It was clean, neat, and modern, and the front desk staff were helpful and very nice. I’d stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the AC. The whole place had great vibes and was clean. Dom at the front desk was especially helpful, and the rooftop bartender was great too. No complaints from me.
