Sheraton Reston Hotel

I’ll visit again with my whole family because of the professional service and effort from the team. Mr. Patrick, the front desk manager, was smart and very kind, and Mr. Harris, the driver, was super, super helpful. Noe was also an outstanding hotelier. They were all kind and quick to serve customers. Thank you very much!

Noe at the bar turned me into a hotel-bar regular, even though I usually look for small local places when I travel. He was friendly and welcoming, quick with drinks and food, and attentive to customers at the bar and around the floor. It felt like a neighborhood spot. One night I left without closing my tab, and Noe made sure my credit card was safe and took it to the front desk. When I came by the next evening to thank him, he remembered me and asked right away whether I’d gotten my card back. I visited all three nights I was in town. Well done! I was at the Sheraton Reston on business in late September 2025. Service was excellent from check-in through checkout. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional, while still very friendly. Adriana cleaned my room expertly every day, even though it had a couple of small issues.

Noe was excellent at dinner, attentive and always there when I needed something. His service made eating alone on a business trip much more comfortable. I had light snacks and a sandwich at the restaurant on both nights, and the food was very good. I stayed at the Reston Sheraton for a short work trip. The room and general condition were what I’d expect from a Marriott property. The paid Wi-Fi setup feels dated, and even as a Bonvoy member, getting access without paying was a hassle.

My husband and I spent the first night of our honeymoon at the Sheraton Reston. The room was clean and modern, and Jaspal at the bar looked after us well and was lovely to chat with. We’d recommend it.
