We ended up here after our flight was canceled. The room felt modern and was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the free coffee and water station was a nice extra, with flavored syrups for coffee and sparkling water. There’s no pool or bar, though you can buy alcohol at the front desk. The shuttle was really convenient.

The room was tiny, but spotless, and the bed was comfortable. I slept well despite the hotel being right on the highway, since the room was quiet. The air conditioning was quiet too, and the shower had nice hot water. Google Maps made the hotel easy to find. The airport shuttle was comfortable and came often. If you’re arriving at Logan, call and they’ll tell you where to wait at your terminal. Pickup can take a while depending on traffic. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient, and the free morning breakfast was pretty good for an economy hotel.

We left an important belonging behind after checkout, and Nick from guest services and Manager Susan kept it safe after we called to ask about it. They acted right away and showed real care for our experience. The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious, too. Amazing hotel for the price, and their efforts deserve credit.

The walk-in shower was nice, and the hotel felt modern and clean. Our room was on the small side, but that didn’t bother us, and breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. The staff were just okay. Our keycards stopped working on the second day, so we had to replace them. The bigger hassle was the loose outlets in our room: plugs wouldn’t stay in, some outlets didn’t work, and the USB charging would suddenly stop until we adjusted things. Still, I’d recommend it for a day or two in the area, especially if you’re arriving at or leaving from BOS. It’s conveniently close to the airport.
