The gym is pretty awesome, the people are chill, and there's a lot of space. Management is easy to work with if you talk to them, and the managers' office has some pretty dope candy. Fridges, washer/dryer, bathrooms, location, and the laid-back atmosphere are all pros. The main lounge can be a nice place to hang out and leave parties behind, which is extremely valuable for your grades. I've been here for 2 semesters. It's not the best for freshmen, though, and the freshman radar is low. Maybe we just got all the cool ones. The walk to school is fine, doable if you're not lazy, and a ground floor room makes it a breeze. Parking is weird. I park on the street since it's free and sometimes closer, but you have to get used to very tight parallel parking. Clean checks are pretty monotonous, and there are some odd mechanical problems. Some other review seemed extremely rude, though it did have some truth to it. Prices are rising, so I'm leaving. That's it. Issues are clean checks, mechanical fixes, distance if you're lazy, and prices. Fix those and I'd stay. Don't be weird and you'll like it here.

The main lounge can be reserved for parties and get-togethers, and the community is nice. I like the spacious rooms, though they're not so big that they're hard to warm up in winter. The AC works well in the warmer months. It's moderately priced, and I'd say you get what you pay for. Some nights, the rooms facing the main road get extra noise. Clean checks happen about every two weeks, which I like. I hate living with messy people, and that schedule lets everyone be comfortable even if things get somewhat messy, since it gets cleaned up pretty quickly. The gym is great, too.

The fourth-floor view is great, and the washer and dryer in the apartment have been a welcome change. Having a TV, dishwasher, and even a garbage disposal makes the place feel like a real home instead of just a college apartment. I've been here about three months and things have been great. Management is friendlier and more helpful with questions or concerns than at any other apartment I've lived in. The one time we needed maintenance, the repair person was already there fixing it before I even knew there was a problem. I'd recommend Brigham's Mill to anyone.

Living at Brigham Mills has been one of my best experiences at BYU-I. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced, with a living room and kitchen that work well for Family Home Evening, and the church wards are great. I lived there for 2 years, needed only 1 re-check, and never failed a White Glove check. White Glove checks have a much higher standard than regular clean checks. If a student fails a section, cleaners have to come in and the cost comes out of the deposit. Keeping up after yourself during the semester and putting in effort at the end should keep you from having trouble. Some negative reviews are exaggerated or untrue, in my view. Many complaints about cleaning and deposits come from students not understanding that higher standard. The current managers, Patrick and Chelise, are among the most understanding I've seen. They will work with you on your living situation if they have enough time. Some reviews say they asked months ahead, but I suspect they may have asked only a couple of days in advance, then complained when they didn't get what they wanted. If you want a nice, roomy place for a good price, I'd recommend Brigham Mills.

The management and owners are the best part for me. I've never had managers or owners show so much interest in what we think or need. It's a great place to live, with lots of amenities, including a smart TV and a fantastic lounge. There's a washer and dryer in the apartment, plus three sinks in the vanities. This is the best complex I've lived in so far.
