Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus East Reynoldsburg by IHG

Breakfast was good, and it’s an easy-to-reach location with a Walmart across the road and places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were just okay, and housekeeping didn’t seem to go the extra mile. When we arrived, the bed skirt was mostly on the floor and there was a strange smell. After cleaning, they didn’t leave fresh towels. Blankets and stuffed animals left on the bed were tossed onto the luggage rack without being folded or set down neatly, and weren’t put back after the bed was made.

The breakfast alone would bring me back. Estehela coordinated and cooked it, and she was incredibly sweet and kind. The food was wonderful, and she was so helpful when I had questions. Her customer service was amazing.

Breakfast was incredible, with eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, gravy, fruit, and pastries. Fresh ground coffee was available around the clock, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our cozy room was nicely set up with everything we needed and more. We were very pleased with the stay and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed for a week and was happy with the clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, too. The only thing that bothered me was the fridge, which kept making a noise that sounded like someone knocking at my door. Even so, I’d stay here again.
