Our room was ready ahead of schedule, and checking in through the mobile app let us head straight there. It was surprisingly spacious and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Everything worked as expected, from the A/C and electronics to the shower, and the room was very comfortable. The concierge was kind when I stopped by for extra keys before we went to the Buckeyes game. We had complimentary breakfast the next morning before driving to Pittsburgh, PA, and it was very good. The easy access to I-70 made the location ideal for our early departure. We’ll be back if we’re in the Reynoldsburg area.

I booked a suite at this new Reynoldsburg, Ohio location as a holiday surprise for my friend and her family. We both had suites, with extra space and a kitchen area. The fitness center and laundry room were especially handy while traveling away from home, and there are major stores and plenty of restaurants right nearby. The breakfast bar was a hit. Thanks, Hilton, for being part of a great holiday surprise.

We enjoyed the pool and found breakfast consistently good. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was thorough and friendly. Candace was incredible with our whole family during our two-week stay, going above and beyond to help us get things sorted for our 9-month-old. Great location, too.

The third-shift front desk woman did try to help when I reported the heating problem. She apologized and brought more blankets, and I appreciate that. But this stay has left me feeling scammed, irritated, and disrespected, and I’m ending my membership. The price doesn’t match what’s going on here. I won’t contact anyone after leaving this review. If the hotel cares about fixing things, it has my information and should contact me. Save the fake apology. When I arrived, the room was hot, but the system only blew cold air, with no heat on Jan. 17th. It was winter, and later the room got so chilly that my kids and I felt like we were outside. Someone also complained about my son’s breathing machine, which felt disrespectful. People were coming and going through emergency exits and letting all sorts of people in, a major safety issue. The pool rail was nearly coming out of the ground, too. If it hadn’t been snowing, I would have packed up the kids and left right then. I guess leaving wouldn’t have made much difference.
