Tina deserves a special shoutout. She was so friendly, clearly loves her job, and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Her warmth and pride in taking care of guests made the stay even better. Our youth hockey team was in town for three nights, and the rink was only a minute away. Everything felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable from the start. The rooms stayed spotless, the beds were cozy, and it was easy to feel at home. The pool was clean and the hot tub was actually hot. We'd stay again if another tournament brings us back to Rhinelander, and I'd recommend it to anyone staying nearby.

We got in too late to try the pool, but the staff were lovely to deal with and the place was very clean. The sheets were great, and the bathroom had Dove products. We brought our 8 and 3 year olds for a tournament at the Hodag Dome, about 1.5 miles away, and the breakfast buffet was much better than I expected. There was milk, Oikos yogurt, peeled boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, omelets, well-seasoned diced potatoes, biscuits and gravy, juice, pancakes, pastries, and genuinely good coffee. Sharing this for other parents looking for a nice find!

The outdoor fireplace was a favorite, and the coffee bar being open 24/7 was handy. Our small group also enjoyed the clean pool. Beautiful hotel. This will be my go-to when I visit Rhinelander, and I highly recommend it.

The staff were so friendly and amazing, and the room was clean. I could really unwind in the pool, and the hot tub was just right for my sore body. Thanks for a great stay. I plan to come back and hope the same staff are there.

The rooms themselves were clean and modern, and my 2024 stay went without much happening. I've stayed twice for the annual "SirenCon" event. In 2025, though, they had overbooked the double queen suites we'd chosen, so we ended up in a regular queen room. That wasn't suitable for the number of people we had to fit in each room. After that, I don't think I'll stay there for the event again. I doubt this would be an issue on most days when they're less busy.
