The photos made this place look far better than it was. The room didn't seem clean, and there were stains on the sheets, walls, dressers, curtains, and even the lamps. I felt itchy being there. In the picture, there are little brown things on the sheets. Use your own judgment, but I wasn't willing to risk whether they were bed bugs. After changing rooms three times, I went out to get food and tried to make myself like the place, but I just couldn't. I checked out, and now they're trying to charge me for a full day even though I was checked in for only a couple of hours, much of which I spent outside getting food.

Breakfast shuts down by 9 AM, so if you sleep in, you miss it. I booked a three day staycation without kids because I planned to spend time in the hot tub, but it was cold and never seemed hot. They always had to heat it, which took hours, so I never got a chance to use it. When I complained at the front desk, they tried to get me to check out with nowhere else to go instead of fixing the problem. If the amenities matter to you, don't stay here.

There's plenty of parking, and we felt safe in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff friendly, and the rates affordable. It's also close to shops, restaurants, and the 10 freeway.

I didn't spend the night here. Someone in the room next to mine seemed to be in pain and was moaning, and with the rain, sirens, and other commotion, I couldn't focus or sleep. The place felt very unsafe and insecure, like a motel where services are held and the room could be "contaminated." I didn't even use the toilet. I just worked at the desk, then got the hell out of there. I wasted my money, but I was determined to leave.
