For our Valentine's Day weekend staycation, we had delicious breakfasts and several dinners, with QT and Selena looking after us. Both were polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating, even though it was a busy weekend. The front desk team was great too. Xander was especially outstanding, efficient and professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay work. Our corner room was bright, clean, spacious, cozy, and quiet. The hotel is beautiful and less than 10 minutes from our home in Plano. Even the other guests were nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back.

I come here about once a month for a week because I work part time in north Dallas. It's farther from my job than I'd like, but the positives outweigh that. After some bad stays at other local hotels, I find the quality here better, with friendly staff, good housekeeping, spacious attractive rooms, and a nice restaurant. Selena, who serves dinner, is the best. She gets to know everyone, remembers their preferences, and works incredibly efficiently. I see negative posts, often about the parking fee, but room rates are quite a bit lower than at other Dallas hotels, and you get to stay in a Hilton. Life is good!

I was at the hotel for a celebration and needed good light while getting dressed up. The only thing that bothered me was that the room lighting felt a bit dim. The building and grounds were clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and though the rooms were compact, they had what you needed.

The location was awesome, with food, coffee, exercise, and other things within walking distance. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we had a TV problem, maintenance showed up within five minutes and fixed it quickly. The main drawback is the lack of a mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. There's a little cooler that barely fits anything and doesn't get things cold enough, plus one microwave in the lobby. Management should invest in both. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend this location and return.
