The Old Bear BnB

We stayed in the Blue Bird room, which was cute and decorated way more than a typical hotel room. It was a fun change, and there were food options and the main part of town within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and easy to talk to, and breakfast was freshly cooked, with cheesy scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and more. We might come back to see the other rooms. Thanks!

Our hosts made this New Year's getaway feel special, they were thoughtful, gracious, and so welcoming. The room was cozy and charming, and they cooked us a delicious breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.

We had the cowboy room, one of the comfortable themed rooms, with lots of nice little touches. The host was friendly, and breakfast in the morning was generous, delicious, and full. There's a spacious backyard with a gazebo and a large hot tub, and dogs are welcome. Woof woof! If you're visiting Pine Mountain, this is the place to stay.

At the Old Bear, everything we needed seemed to be there, and then some. It had the same safe, warm, cozy, well-fed feeling I imagine being in the womb must have, all wrapped up in unconditional love. Our bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The food at the Old Bear and the neighboring Perch was delicious, and the weather was idyllic for our many hikes. Adriana and Jim are the sweetest maternal and paternal figures, enough to make your own parents jealous. I wanted to rate this 100 stars, but Google only lets me give 5. I'll absolutely be back!!!
