We booked 15 days at Parks Residential for our first trip to Texas, and it felt like being at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the whole place was peaceful and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful all the way up to the manager. Thank you for making our time in room 1101 so pleasant. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends and family visiting Texas.

I’ve traveled all over the U.S., and Parks Residential is my first choice, hands down. I stayed a little over a week, and the staff made it feel like I was part of the good side of the family, the one that doesn’t borrow your tools and keep them. The rooms were clean, everyone was friendly, and they were there whenever I needed something. They always greeted me with a smile. If I could give more than five stars, I’d need a bigger keyboard.

I lived here for a year and loved my time there. The team was always friendly and helpful, especially general manager Renea, who was accommodating and ready to help. They made moving to a new city almost painless.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was reliably good, and the location was convenient. My experience at Parks Residential Richardson was excellent. That said, I don’t accept being unlawfully kicked out because management misread my gesture of giving a male employee a generous tip, especially since I’m also a male student. If it comes to that, I’ll sue the management.
