Geoff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful that we were genuinely glad to see him again in the morning. We came back to stay there during our cross-country trip, and the hotel is conveniently just off the interstate. The beds are comfy and the rooms decent, with a great price for the room. A few minor room issues and the elevator could use some maintenance. If we head west again, we’ll stop here. Hope to see you again, Geoff!

Breakfast was decent, with a range of choices, many especially good for kids. It wasn’t elaborate, but enough to get us started. The front desk staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. We stopped in Richfield for a night on the long drive from Moab to Las Vegas, choosing Comfort Inn mainly for the price, close to $100, which felt like good value for a quick stop. The property looked nice and well maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable queen beds, and a clean bathroom. A comfortable, budget-friendly break on a long road trip.

For a quick stay, the front desk was helpful, the rooms were clean and large, and there were several dinner options nearby. The location is great and it’s definitely the best value in Richfield. I always like having free breakfast, and the good service means I’ll be back.

We showed up late with a three-day reservation, only to find the hotel overbooked. They hadn’t added staff for the horde of wrestlers, either. We appreciate that they arranged alternate lodging, but we still waited over two hours before being sent there. I won’t trust this place again, and I’ll never book with the business again.

Fair enough for the price, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast choices ran out quickly and weren’t replenished, so by 8:30 we had very little to choose from. The bathtub also wouldn’t hold water, so I couldn’t take a bath.
