The property was in very good shape, and our room was spotless and well equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was better than average. We did have a few issues: the TV kept losing its cable signal, we could hear noise from the hallway and nearby road, and the tub drained slowly. Still, we had a positive stay.

The breakfast attendant deserves a special mention. She clearly cares about her work, and it shows. Our room was perfectly clean, right down to the bathroom. It was nice to find this kind of hotel still around. Easy five stars, and I’d happily recommend it.

The room was comfortable and very nice, and they had my ground-floor request ready even though I checked in around 9 pm. This was my first stay with the company. Breakfast was good, too. There’s a fast EV charger within walking distance, plus a few accessible wall outlets if you can get a parking spot near them.

We were about to stop for chocolate when we spotted the free cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was decent, with sausage patties, eggs, biscuits and gravy, plus two waffle makers with different flavors. The pool was large enough for swimming laps, and the fitness room had actual weights and a treadmill. We stayed at three different Quality Inn locations on this vacation.

The location is right downtown, but it was still quiet. My first-floor room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The desk clerk was especially pleasant and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional at checkout. I got a better rate by calling the hotel directly, which surprised me, and joining the free rewards program came with a little welcome basket. This was one of my best stays at this kind of hotel. I’d absolutely recommend it.
