Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Northeast

I was in town for business and pleasantly surprised to find this Fairfield Inn at a reasonable price. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious and very nice, and the fitness center was large, clean, and well equipped. The team members were incredibly friendly. I have no complaints or issues.

The hot tub closed at 10pm, which was too early for our group after long walks. We wanted to soak our feet and relax. Breakfast was also disappointing: greasy sausage, watery scrambled eggs, sugary juice, apples and oranges that seemed weeks old, and an empty banana basket, among other things. I’d rather have the free rotating breakfast at Holiday Inn or Best Western. The hotel was a little hard to find off the freeway, housekeeping hadn’t replaced the tissue box, and the pillows weren’t firm enough and bothered our necks.

I’m here for business every week and have been staying here for about six months. They treat me like family, and my room is always really clean. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

William at the front desk gave outstanding service. Our room was spotlessly clean and much more spacious than we expected, which made for an extremely pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the nicely presented continental breakfast and coffee.
