I especially liked unwinding by the pool after a long day. The staff were really friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a fantastic stay.

The river nearby makes for a lovely drive in, and there’s plenty of shopping, dining, and recreation close at hand. I also appreciated weekday breakfast starting at 5am, since I travel for work and need to leave by 6:15am. Most places don't start serving until 6 or 7, which is too late for me. The service was the real standout. Carlos helped me get to my room when I arrived struggling with dinner, suitcases, and work equipment. That alone made this one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I travel for work about half the year. When I had a problem with my toiletries, the front desk was happy to give me backup toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel itself feels dated, like it was built in the early 2000s and hasn’t been updated. The tub had some chips, and wallpaper was peeling away above the shower. Air circulation was poor too. I set the AC to 68 F, but the thermostat across the room read 71 F, so it kept blowing. Still, I had a lovely stay. The place could use some cosmetic repairs.

Breakfast had a great selection, and it was a fairly good place to stay. The curtains in my room wouldn’t close all the way, so some light got in.

Kids were running around everywhere, tracking water through the lobby and elevator and throwing bottles down the stairs. There was some kind of party in the lobby and pool area, according to the dry erase board, and we could hear the lobby door opening all night from the 4th floor. Two nights of hell for $313 🤣. Leaving Washington was the best part 🙏

Our room on the 4th floor was large and had a balcony, and we couldn't have been happier with it. The pool was great for the kids, and we all enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff made a great impression as soon as we arrived and kept the stay going well. We travel to Tri-Cities often for both work and personal trips, but this was our first time here. My wife and I thought it was good value, and the kids agreed. Holiday Inn Express and staff, thank you. We’ll make this our regular place from now on!
