Candlewood Suites Richmond-South by IHG

A full kitchen made it easy to settle in after a long day, and my room was spotless, peaceful, and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, Betty greeted me with warmth and kindness and brightened my day. Everyone I met went out of their way to make sure I was happy. It’s rare to feel this cared for, and I’ll always choose Candlewood Suites Richmond South.

The laundry facilities on site were a big help, and housekeeping kept the room fresh. The front desk team responded quickly when I needed extra towels or anything else. I stayed at Candlewood Suites Richmond South for about two months, and the room had all I needed for a long stay: plenty of space, a full kitchen, and a really comfortable bed. It was quiet enough to relax after work, too. The staff were so friendly and made a point of greeting me by name, checking how things were going, and making sure I had what I needed. It was a great stay from beginning to end and felt like a home away from home. If you’re in the area for a while and want somewhere clean and comfortable with a genuinely welcoming team, I highly recommend it.

A vehicle breakdown left me in town for several days, and the staff treated me really well. George at the front desk was especially great. I felt welcome and got the best customer service. It’s clean and safe, with easy access to the highway, and it’ll be my go-to hotel when I’m in town.

The free washers and dryers were especially handy for our family while traveling. We were visiting family and had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. We had no problems at all and will stay here again next time we’re in town.
