We had to extend our stay at the last minute, and the staff were very accommodating and nice about it. Breakfast is great, and they clean the rooms daily and keep us supplied with towels and the things we need. We wish there were a pool, but it's not a big deal. Renovations are starting this week. The rooms are older, but they're in excellent condition, and we've had a truly great experience.

We stayed two nights while waiting to close on our house, in a king suite with a sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When we called down, they said the blankets were midwash and told us to come back later. An hour after that, we called again and were told everything was locked up and we couldn't get anything until morning. The woman was awful and rude, the worst front desk staff I've dealt with. Stay somewhere else.

I spent a week here with my family, and the place was nice and clean, including the rooms. The front desk guy was kind and welcoming. They also gave me a small dish pack, which came in handy.

I checked out five days early because I felt unsafe and disrespected, and they won't help with a refund despite the hostile situation. My truck was stolen right from the property. When I reported it and asked for help, both the General Manager and the Manager cursed at me and became verbally abusive. Being harassed by hotel management while dealing with a stolen vehicle was unforgivable. There was trouble earlier too. We had to move from our first room because it was infested with cockroaches. Between that, the filth, and the lack of security, the place felt hazardous. Zero stars if I could. This was a safety crisis met with disgusting unprofessionalism. Don't stay here. Your property isn't safe, and management seems not to care about guest safety or basic human decency.

The room was large and had a decent kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, Wi-Fi, television, and more. They don't have a pool or housekeeping, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind to my Steve and me, and helped make a scary time bearable. Thank you, Abe, Amya, Adan, and Sam. We came to Richmond to start over because New Jersey has awful public transportation and rents had shot up to between two and six thousand dollars a month. We had been promised a one-bedroom apartment at the Richmond complex called Vida East, but the offer fell through. We stayed at this hotel from August 29 2024-December, 15 2024, until we got a one-bedroom apartment with a spellbinding view at the William Byrd Senior Apartments on 2501 West Broad Street in Richmond, across from the Virginia science museum. The staff did what they could to help us get our lives back in order. They gave us discounts and a free night. Abe, a tech-savvy desk clerk, showed me how to get to apartment applications and use the Uber app. We even had fun discovering town. Thank you again, wonderful staff.
