The one thing I can say in the hotel's favor is that the bathroom was clean. The rest of the stay was a mess. Our room was 54 degrees when we arrived, the heat didn't work, and it was 25 degrees outside. We waited an hour for pool towels after asking the front desk three times. The hot tub was cold, and breakfast wasn't good. Every table in the dining area was covered with dirty dishes while staff tried, rather chaotically, to clean up. Looks like the new management needs some help.

The rooms are dated, though mostly clean, and this really doesn't feel like a three-star place. I wouldn't spend more than $40 through Priceline. For similar money, the Hyatt Place, Residence Inn, and Marriott Courtyard are much nicer.
