I left the same night I arrived, after sitting in my car for an hour because the room was so awful. I'm still disturbed by what I saw, and I refuse to pay for a room in that condition. When I asked for a refund, they offered “reward points” instead. I want my money back, not points I'll never use. How they handle this will affect what I do next, but either way, don't spend your time or money here. The room smelled strongly of herbs and foreign food, and the odor was overwhelming. Furniture had stains from questionable liquids, while dust was everywhere. I'm bald, but there was hair from different people all over the bathroom, long and short. The sheets had brown stains that looked like old blood, and there were multiple pubes behind the toilet seat. The toilet paper hadn't been replaced from the previous guest, something I've never seen before. There were also feces-covered washcloths under the sink. Run while you can. Stay away at all costs.

I'd give zero stars if I could. When we got home, I found three extra charges on top of the room bill: two for $17 and one for $60. It took three calls to learn the $17 charges were supposedly a tax calculation mistake, while the $60 was for extra people, even though he'd told me there would be no such charge. I'm disputing it with my bank. This was horrific, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel even if you were desperate. At check-in, they rejected our Expedia reservation because the person who booked it was under 21, despite the payment already going through and a 23-year-old chaperone being there. Then they said the computer was having issues, so they couldn't book five people in a room and would enter one person for the double queen room, which had a six-person capacity. The employee warned the manager might add a fee the next day because five people were in a one-person room. When I asked how much, he didn't know. I had him call the manager, who confirmed there'd be no charge, so we reluctantly went along with it. There were no sheets for the pull-out sofa and just one towel. I asked for four more, and was told it was “Impossible” because the manager tracks towels. I've never been treated like that at a hotel. The whole thing was “Impossible”.

It's out of the way, but if you're two hours from home and caught in a winter storm, having a roof over your head matters more than how the hotel looks. You can get off the road, relax, and wait for it to be clear enough to travel again. In that kind of weather emergency, I'd check in here. That's just my opinion.

There were three obvious bed bugs in the bed when I woke at 1:30 a.m. Before that, the room was so disgusting I expected the worst and slept in my clothes. I went downstairs to check out, but the person there took over 30 minutes to acknowledge me. He said the computer was down and I had to wait until 9:30, when the manager arrived. I drove three hours home at 3:30 a.m. I called at 10 a.m. to reach the manager, but he wasn't there. When I got him in the afternoon, he said the housekeeper had checked the room after I left and hadn't seen anything. His offer was a 50% refund, then he'd see what pest control said in three days. I called back after three days and got hung up on without any information. I don't even care about getting all my money back. Please just don't stay here.
