I was told I’m paying to temporarily live in a homeless shelter or outpatient psychiatric facility. I’m wrapping up my business here and got a room at Holiday inn. I’d been looking at real estate and this was my sixth Extended Stay in seven months. I’m not making it seven. I told the front desk that clients had been sniffing around my room. Two kinds of people watch you in a hotel, criminals and people with a mental defect. I’m not paying to be anyone’s friend here. The next OUT PATIENT I catch sniffing around my room will be my last day. I can continue my search from any respectable Holiday Inn Express, even if peace of mind costs more.

Great location, and it’s always clean and quiet here. I’ve stayed a few times and love this place. The front desk staff are phenomenal.

The staff here were wonderful and took care of everything we needed. This location’s rooms are a little smaller than at the other extend stay americas we’ve used, but they’re still very accommodating. We always have a wonderful experience at these hotels.

The front desk is amazing. I’m especially fond of Alejandra and the GM, and when I think of staying at a hotel, this ESA comes to mind. It’s the best one in my area that I’ve stayed at.

The sink faucet was installed backwards, and the pull-out couch had no sheets, blankets, or pillows when I arrived, so I had to ask for them. There was pee in all the stairwells, and nobody had cleaned it up. It stinks every time I walk past.
