The staff were kind, but they seemed used to hearing these complaints and had no fixes to offer. The internet and TV didn't work, and the bathtub plug was broken so the tub wouldn't drain. Breakfast was like an elementary school cafeteria. There's nothing redeeming about the experience here. This is clearly an ownership problem. Trust the one-star reviews, save your money, and buy a tent.

The beds were queen size and very comfortable, and the manager was around often, checking that guests were having a good stay. Breakfast had lots of choices, including eggs and a meat each day, another hot item like sausage croissants, jalapeno souffle, or sausage biscuits, plus waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The location is handy by a major freeway, with a Cracker Barrel just behind the hotel and an easy walk for dinner. My room felt cramped, with so much furniture that I kept nearly bumping into things. There was little drawer space for clothes during a stay of several days. The heavy sliding barn door to the bathroom would be hard for an older or weaker person to move. The refrigerator didn't work at all and wasn't fixed while we were there. It also seemed to leak onto the carpet. I'd stay again, but I'd ask for a different room. I understand some rooms are larger, and one even has a bath and a half. Mine wasn't especially small, but the large coffee station, desk and chair, sofa, TV on a stand, and two queen beds made it tight. Rearranging the furniture might help. There was barely room to walk between the foot of the beds and the TV and bathroom. Double beds might fit that space better.

The staff were nice, but the rooms are dated. The PTAC air conditioner was loud and distracting, with an inconsistent blower motor. The wall thermostat didn't control it; the controls were on the PTAC itself. Internet was down for the full four-day trip, so I had to hotspot everything. That wasn't ideal for a business trip.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff treated us well. It’s a little out of the way, which seems to keep the price down. Most places are about a 15-20 minute drive. The access road needs work, so watch out for potholes.
