There are places to eat within walking distance, which makes this hotel appealing, and they offered a military discount at the desk. Management was polite, helpful, and apologetic about the inconvenience. The rooms were very nice and clean, and mine felt upscale and comfortable. I’d come back on my return trip. Power was out across 80% of the property, so the phones didn’t work and only four rooms had electricity. There were also limited outlets for phone chargers.

Three days later, OYO Hotels emailed to say I wasn’t eligible for a refund, even though they had canceled my reservation that afternoon. I don’t understand how they consider that acceptable. Beware. I booked online through their website for my drive. They canceled by email around 2 pm while I was on the road, so I didn’t see the message. When I arrived, nobody was at the hotel and no one answered the emergency number. I had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay that rate.

The staff were so helpful, and everything was really convenient. Breakfast was great, and the cleaning service was great too. Everything went above and beyond.

The bed was very comfortable, but the room was filthy. Dust covered the walls and furniture, and the towels had dark stains and blotches. I shouldn’t have to complain about basic cleanliness after checking in. We weren’t greeted well at the front desk either. Do yourself a favor and move on.
