We left within ten minutes and never went back. The stairs were crooked and didn’t seem safe to climb with a suitcase. The place they called an apartment had a window unit taped into the window, looked dirty, and smelled strongly of bug spray. We asked for at least a partial refund, but they’re refusing. I’m waiting to hear from management, though I don’t have much hope. Next I’ll contact my bank to see if I can cancel the payment. Complete dump. Do NOT stay here.

For three nights, you can pay $600 and end up in a hostel type setup. The private bathroom in our upgraded room had no hot water and water pressure I’d rate 1 out of 10, so I didn’t get a decent shower all weekend. The shared bathroom was clean, but it was more like a community bathroom for six strangers, and our room had lots of spiders. There’s no front desk and check in is self service, which is fine, but contacting them was hard. We called ten times and got hung up on before upgrading to a private bathroom. I’m thankful they eventually replied by text, and the upgrade itself was easy. You get what you pay for.
The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, and the bathroom was old and dingy. The power kept cutting out, and the company told me to fix the breaker myself. My TV picture was bad, and when I raised the issue, I got no response.
The fire alarm went off all night, and the bathroom had no vent and smelled awful. I ended up sleeping in my car. The place isn’t ADA compliant, and the service was terrible. A very bad stay. I’ll never stay again. Do not stay here.
The bed was the last straw. On our first morning, my side sank all the way to the floor because the slats had slipped out. We couldn't deal with it that day because we already had plans, and by the time I raised it during a break, management refused to refund even part of what we'd overpaid. We'd already moved once. The entry had a strange smell, and our first room reeked of gasoline so badly that my eyes and throat started burning. The radiator was putting out excessive heat we couldn't control. After about half an hour, I emailed management and they moved us to the second floor, where the smell was at least better. I was exhausted from traveling and should have paid more attention then. I could have put up with the dirt and the insect or mouse trap in the corner. There were gaps in the floorboards that showed the subfloor, broken blinds, a loose bathroom faucet, a crumbling headboard, dim bathroom lighting and no mirror, and just one set of towels. The chair was another problem, with a seat that wasn't fastened properly and nearly tipped me out of it. Worst of all, there was a door behind that chair leading to the next room. It had gaps around the edges and no sound protection at all, so when the neighbors came in it felt like they were in our room. My husband's voice seemed to startle them, though they weren't speaking English, so I'm not sure. I assume they blocked the door, which muffled the noise somewhat. I often stay in budget places, but this fell way below even my low expectations. Please book somewhere else.
