Ridgway was such a quiet, peaceful place to base ourselves, especially compared with Ouray. The motel's western theme is cute, and it's an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Its location also worked well for exploring nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and Ouray. The contactless check-in made arrival and checkout simple. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, with plenty of outlets around the room, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our visit and plan to stay again when we're back in town. The beautiful property was clean, parking was plentiful, and registration went smoothly. There isn't staff on site, but they were just a text away and replied quickly each time we had a question. Our room was comfortable, with thoughtful details. The one change we'd suggest is adding a cover for the window in the door. The side windows had privacy curtains, but a gap showed when the fan was moving. The location was convenient, about 10-15 minutes from Ouray and 45 minutes to an hour from Telluride. The customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant next door was fantastic, an absolute must-try.

We could hear our neighbors through the somewhat thin walls, including some adult time, but luckily it happened while we were awake. The earplugs they provide quickly sort out noise from other guests. Cute place, and we'd definitely come back.

The old western feel was a hit with our kid, and the room stayed quiet at night. We were three as a family, and the king bed with a sofa bed worked perfectly. The rooms with loft beds sit pretty high, so they might suit older kids better. The shower was fabulous, and the tea kettle and outdoor seating were nice touches. This was our favorite place of the week in Colorado. We had looked for something cool in Ouray but didn't find it, and the extra ten-minute drive was worth it. Check-in was easy, and we liked not having to pass a front desk person all the time. We couldn't try the restaurant because it was closed that week, but there was lots of good food across the road in town. Eatery 66 and Tacos de Gnar were both delicious. We'll stay again when we're in the area.

We were impressed as soon as we walked into the room. It has a cozy southern feel with a modern twist, and the restaurant next door is nice. It's about a 15-minute drive from Ourary, CO. There isn't a kitchen, but guests can use a shared microwave, water dispenser, and ice machine. I mixed up the dates and realized we were meant to check out earlier than I thought. The host let us leave later without charging us, which I really appreciated. Great stay!
