Our room heater was making noise, and Ginger at the front desk was kind and helpful while we dealt with it. She sent up a very efficient maintenance man, but when he couldn’t troubleshoot the problem, they promptly moved us to another room. The heater issue wasn’t their fault, and together they got it sorted out and made sure we were satisfied.

This was our second stay in six months, and it was just as nice as the first. We had no complaints. The place is new, clean, and spacious, with a pleasing lobby and breakfast area and a nice breakfast. There’s parking for oversized vehicles and a dog area with bags. The accessible rooms are extra large for wheelchair users, and there’s no carpet.

The room felt cozy and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the overnight guy was so helpful that he even went out of his way to get ketchup for my Doordash order. When I checked out, Jennifer did everything she could to get me a printed receipt. She was stellar, top shelf!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and fairly quiet. We liked being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner, then relax and watch sports on the big-screen TV in our room. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the Costa coffee machine and hot water machine were a real plus. Our stay could have gone badly because the third-party site we booked through had canceled our reservation by mistake. There was no booking on record when we arrived. Toni was patient and kind while I called the site, and we eventually canceled that booking and made a new one directly with her. It took a while, but she made the whole thing go smoothly. We were very grateful for her help and hospitality. Thumbs up! 👍
