Friendly, efficient staff, nice rooms, and a clean, quiet stay.

The pool is there, but it feels more like an amenity checked off a list than somewhere you'd go for its own sake. Staff were polite, though their courtesy felt automatic rather than warm. Breakfast was the usual uninspired spread, with packaged pastries, lukewarm eggs, and toast that tasted like it had sat in a bread drawer too long. This is one of the few places you can book online in RG City, and it seems geared mostly toward HLS and TDOT contractors. The rooms are clean and do the job, so it's fine for a short stay if you keep expectations modest. It gets the job done, barely. A safe, bland stop while passing through, but not somewhere I'd remember or recommend enthusiastically.

The location is pleasant and tucked away from loud, rowdy activities, and the front desk assistant was helpful, pleasant, and courteous. My disappointment was the ADA assistive room. Although I asked for one, the walk-in shower had no grab bars and there was no built-in or portable shower chair. The toilet was taller, but the single grab bar on the right wall and the one behind it were no help for getting onto or off the seat. The room was spacious, yet it lacked the basic features needed for a handicapped assisted room.

My boss enjoyed his stay and the hotel's great location. He left his hearing aid behind, and Michelle kindly went out of her way to drop it off at FedEx. That's going above and beyond for a customer. Thanks so much, Michelle!
